Turning Stress Into Bliss with YOGA
Listen to an interview with Michael Lee, founder of Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, and former resident/teacher at the Kripalu Center.
Michael speaks about his background and how his experiences led to the creation of PRYT. His book, TURNING STRESS INTO BLISS, is an 8-wk program of yoga, meditation, exercise, self care techniques and more that has been proven to reduce stress and create an inner environment for personal transformation.
Lyndsey will be facilitating a yoga therapy group that follows this 8 wk program starting January 2010, so mark you calendars and let her know if you might be interested.
