Next Thursday's beginner's class with be held outside at Crestwood Park. Please meet at the studio at the regular time and we'll walk down together around 6.20p. Please bring a towel or blanket for seated postures even though much of our poses will be standing barefoot on the grass.

Rain location = cancelled class OR yoga in the rain as Sol Garden has a party that night at the shop.
