As August approaches, Fall plans are being finalized for yoga classes,
yoga therapy groups, and another visit by Gen Mondrub.
Yoga Classes: (start August 19th)
Wednesday 9a @ Riverchase UMC - Chair Yoga
Wednesday 4p @ Pilates Place - Flow Yoga
Thursday 6p @ Pilates Place - Beginner's Yoga
PRYT Group: (costs $300 - $50 discount if register with friend)
Mondays 6-8p @ TBD (starts Aug. 30 - Oct. 18; Retreat Oct. 2)
Thursdays 9-11a @ Pittenger Therapy Services (starts Aug. 26 - Oct.
14th; Retreat Sept. 25th)
*start dates may be delayed until September
Gen Mondrub visit:
Unity Church on Sept. 8th @ 7p at Unity Church on Highland Ave.
